ABOUT ME

Sarah Evans is my name is creating with florals is my game (although it wasn't always that way).

Born and raised in Brantford, Ontario, once high school was over I studied Film and Video Production at York University and proceeded to work in Toronto's bustling TV industry.  After about 7 years of city livin', my husband (then boyfriend) and I decided to quit our jobs and buy a house in Carleton Place, Ontario.  It was here that I was able to get acquainted with many of the small businesses through my photography (which I still do).  One of which is The Floral Boutique, which started as a means to get out of the house after having my daughter to becoming the foundation of my education as a floral designer.

Fast forward to 2020, I moved back to Brantford with my family at 6 months pregnant and started Belle Florals.  Was I crazy?  Were the hormonal shifts resulting from pregnancy creating a lapse in judgement?  Regardless of what it was, I'm happy to be here designing and bringing a little joy to the people of Brant County!
